Kevin also holds a Reserve Specialist designation from (CAI) Community Association Institute. Mr. Bobb is responsible for product development, software development and internal and external business system improvements. Paul Brownlee

Mr. Brownlee brings his enthusiasm for customer service and focus on long term client relationship creation to the Building Reserves team. Edward Markfort
Reserve Analyst emarkfort@buildingreserves.com Mr. Markfort uses his architectural background for conducting onsite inspections, identification of the remaining service life and replacement costs to forecast annual reserve expenditures during the next 30 years. Edward is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, with a Master of Architecture degree. He is also a graduate of the University of Minnesota with Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, Edward is an army veteran. He completed a tour to Iraq and attained the rank of "Staff Sergeant." ![]()

Mrs. Eggert ensures that properties maintain their financial health by conducting component inventories, condition assessments, and accurate life and valuation estimates. Brittany is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, a Masters of Architecture, and a General Business Degree. She is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance. ![]()

Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, with a Master of Architecture degree. He worked his way through college as a carpenter, which provided a unique value and understanding of buildings as he entered in to the architectural world. |
