The Building Reserves reserve study is far superior to those we have received from previous vendors

I met with a representative I had worked with once before, last year. Due to a scheduling conflict, we weren't able to meet on-site, but he made the effort to come to my office for a sit-down meeting. During our conversation, I reflected on the high level of discussion and information sharing we had during our previous engagement.

Compared to other recent reserve studies I’ve done with different companies, where the visits were limited to quick hellos and goodbyes, followed by cluttered reports that neither I nor my Boards found helpful, this was a completely different experience. I was extremely impressed with the depth of the discussion he led. We covered property usage, Board preferences, the history of past projects, and a detailed review of the financial documents. The meeting lasted about an hour and was exceptionally productive.

Your reserve study format and presentation are great. The excel file greatly facilitates "what if" and adjustments. A wonderful compliment!

Our reserve study clearly gave the Board of Directors a map of which assets needed to be addressed and a structured plan on how to achieve those goals. The final report provides a clear and concise plan on how to best proceed to increase the value of all units in the condo association and get a larger return on investment.

We intend to use the reserve study as the basic planning document for setting annual reserve contributions. The report allows us the ability to track specific assets to the annual cash flow and associated reserve contributions. The support provided by Building Reserves was extraordinary and very helpful
