We are looking for a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Regional Sales & Business Development Representative to support our market expansion and client engagement efforts.
About the Role
The Regional Sales & Business Development Representative is responsible for growing our presence within an assigned territory through new business development, relationship-building, and industry engagement. This role combines outreach, presentations, event participation, and client relationship management.
This position is ideal for someone with solid sales experience who enjoys consultative selling, managing a geographic region, and representing a company in a professional services environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Build and manage a regional pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound outreach, schedule consultations, and deliver presentations.
- Educate prospective clients on the reserve study process and our service offerings.
- Prospect and engage HOAs, condo associations, community managers, management companies, and industry partners.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent follow-up communication and ensure client expectations are clear and met.
- Serve as a key regional point of contact for prospects and returning clients.
Industry Representation & Events
- Attend regional trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Represent Building Reserves professionally at chapter meetings, presentations, and community association events.
- Build referral networks and partnership opportunities within your region.
Territory Planning & Collaboration
- Collaborate with leadership on territory growth strategies and localized marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking.
- Share market insights, trends, and opportunities with internal teams.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage relationships through the full sales cycle.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage a geographic territory.
- CRM proficiency (Monday.com, HubSpot or similar).
Preferred
- Experience in real estate services, HOA/condo industry, property management, or similar professional services.
- Experience attending industry events or representing a company in the field.
- Familiarity with consultative, solution-oriented selling.
